PP SHEET or POLYPROPYLENE is a high quality plastic because it is a PP-H (PP-Homopolymer) type and has been further developed into Alphaplus, which is strong, highly impact resistant, and highly resistant to chemicals in corrosive conditions.  

Properties of PP SHEET

• Hardness 70 Shore D
• Operating temperature is 0-100 degrees Celsius.
• Acid and alkali resistant, chemical and corrosion resistant
• It is strong, flexible and resistant to impact.
• Resistant to alkalis and solvents
• Good moisture resistance
• Can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries (FDA)
• Can be folded, bent, curved and welded.

Application characteristics

• Used in the cutting industry with blades or block knives.
• Used as a cutting board, a cutting board, a stamping board in the leather industry, leather bags, and car seats.
• Used for working on chemical containers, acid containers, chemical pipes, treatment pipes, pipes, ducts, hoods.
• Used for folding, bending, curving, welding and forming in the packaging industry, chemical tanks, plating tanks, etc.

PP sheets are available in milky white (PP SHEET WHITE) and creamy gray (PP SHEET GRAY)  with thicknesses ranging from 3-50 mm. and sizes of 1.5 x 3 meters, 4' x 8' and 1 x 2 meters (sizes depend on thickness).
